While our day to day menu is based around simple dishes done right, our Supper Clubs are anything but. They, of course, are done right, however this is our chef's opportunity to really show off their talent.
Each night they present a delightful 7 Course Tasting Menu with optional Wine Pairings from the wonderful LeCaveau in Kilkenny.
The first club of these Supper Clubs were based around the concept of "Nose to Tail", one of Pig and the other Lamb, meaning each course incorporates an element of said animal, sometimes even dessert! We hope to change the "theme" regularly with a Veggie Menu in the pipeline, amongst other ideas.
